Project overview

InspiredWorkx collaborated with Leonard Hamunyela, a first-time founder based in Namibia, to bring his vision of a digital contracting platform to life. Our mission was to create a strong brand identity and design a user-friendly interface for the platform. We were involved in the crucial initial stages of the project, from branding to technical specification drafting and UI/UX design.

What was the problem?

Leonard identified a need for an intuitive, user-friendly electronic signature platform in the African market. As a first-time founder, he required expert guidance in translating his vision into a coherent brand identity and user-friendly design. The challenge was to create a modern, minimalist brand that would stand out in the digital transaction management space while ensuring the platform's design was intuitive and efficient for users.

Solution

To address Buddy Sign's needs, we developed a comprehensive branding and design package that laid the foundation for their electronic signature platform. Our solution focused on creating a strong visual identity and intuitive user interface design.

We created a modern, minimalist logo that reflects Buddy Sign's innovative vision.

We developed a cohesive brand identity, including color schemes, typography, and visual elements.

We drafted detailed technical specifications for the platform, outlining key features and functionalities.

We designed an intuitive user interface using Figma, ensuring a smooth user experience for both document senders and signers.

We created interactive prototypes to visualize the user flow and functionality of the platform.

Functionality

Our design and technical specifications outlined a platform that would offer users the ability to upload and prepare documents for signature, create and manage e-signatures, and securely store signed documents. The platform was designed to include features such as template creation, audit trails, contact management, and multi-signer workflows. The admin panel was designed to allow for efficient management of users, subscriptions, and platform analytics.
