Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At InspiredWorkx, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer straightforward and fair refund options as outlined below.

2. Digital Products (Playbooks & Guides)

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All individual playbook purchases and bundle purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a Digital Product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. No questions asked.

  • Refunds apply to both individual playbook purchases and complete bundle purchases.
  • The refund covers the full purchase price of the product.
  • After the 30-day period, Digital Product purchases are considered final and non-refundable, as digital products are fully delivered at the time of purchase.

3. Community Platform Subscriptions

Our Built Different community platform is available on monthly and annual subscription plans. Each plan has its own refund terms:

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Community Platform until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months. The subscription simply will not renew at the next billing date.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your annual subscription at any time.
  • Within the first 30 days: You may request a prorated refund for the remaining unused months of your subscription.
  • After 30 days: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period. No partial refund is issued, but you retain full access until the subscription expires.

4. Bundle Purchases

Playbook bundles (collections of multiple Digital Products sold at a discounted price) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available — bundle refunds are processed as a complete return of all products in the bundle.

5. Agency Services

Refund terms for agency consulting and project-based services (product strategy, design, development, branding, etc.) are governed by the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement executed between the parties. Please refer to your specific agreement for applicable cancellation and refund terms.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through our payment partner, Stripe, Inc., which handles our payment processing.

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Refund amounts are issued in the original currency of the transaction. Any differences due to currency conversion are determined by your bank or payment provider.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@inspiredworkx.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
  • Your order number or transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email from Stripe).
  • The product or subscription you wish to receive a refund for.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within two (2) business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be initiated immediately.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund request in the following circumstances:

  • Chargeback disputes: If a chargeback has already been filed with your bank or credit card company for the same transaction.
  • Abuse of the refund policy: Repeated refund requests that indicate a pattern of abuse, such as purchasing and refunding the same product multiple times.
  • Fraudulent purchases: Transactions made using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
