Step 2 of 3

I build your follow-up and proposal system in three weeks

I set it up inside your firm's own email, documents, pipeline and Claude organisation, and train you and one colleague to run it.

US$9,500 fixed

I do one at a time. $975 off the Install if you book it within 90 days of your report.

Start with a Diagnostic

You pay the second half only when you accept the Install.

An example of your morning: today's list in your pipeline, and each draft waiting in its email thread.

The three weeks

It takes about 15 hours of your time and about 7 of one colleague's, spread over the three weeks.

  1. Before day 1

    Setting up access

Whoever manages your firm's Claude account gives me admin access to set things up. That never includes anyone's mailbox, and every access is written down with the date it ends.

    What you'll need

    • Claude's Team plan for each person who'll use it, and one of those seats is for me while I work with you. That's about $20 to $25 a seat a month (at least two seats), paid to Anthropic at their published price in October 2026.
    • It has to be a Claude business plan. I never run the Install on personal Free, Pro or Max accounts, because Anthropic's data and training terms are different for those.
    • Your own email (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), documents and pipeline tool. If you don't have a pipeline tool, I'll set up a simple one in Notion or Google Sheets.
    • A free account (GitHub or GitLab) where your system's settings are kept, in your firm's name. I set it up with you on the first day.
  2. Week 1

    Your library and pipeline

I set up your pipeline, or connect the one you already have, and gather your past proposals, case studies, profiles and rates. By the end of the week we agree in writing the tests the system must pass.

    Tests agreed in writing
  3. Week 2

    The system itself

I connect it to your email and documents with sending switched off, set it up for your offers, rates and tone, and test it on your own past enquiries and proposals until it passes.

  4. Week 3

    You run it

I train you and one colleague, and then you use it on live work for a full week while I review every draft.

  5. After week 3

    Five more days, if needed

You accept it. Then 30 days of fixes.

You can stop: you don't pay the second half, and you keep everything I've built

If it hasn't passed the tests by the end of week 3, I keep working for up to five more days at no cost. If agreed material or time from your side comes late, the dates move with it.

End of week 3: Has it passed the tests?

  1. It passes the tests

    You accept it

    You pay the second half

  2. If it hasn't

    Five more days, if needed

    At no cost

  3. If it still hasn't

    You can stop

You don't pay the second half, and you keep everything I've built

It's finished when all three of these are true:

  • It passes the tests we agreed in week one, on your own past enquiries and proposals, inside your accounts.
  • You've run a full working day on it without help.
  • I've recorded your starting numbers.

What you keep

Everything I set up stays in your accounts, keeps working and is yours.

  • A pipeline with a follow-up list every morning

Every enquiry and proposal in one place, with a next step and a date. Each morning, a list of what's due, with drafts ready to check and send.

  • Your past work, ready to draft from

New proposals are drafted from it, quote only your current rates and mark any gaps for you to fill.

  • A one-page note every Friday

What moved and what's stuck, so you and your partners can agree the next steps.

  • A bid or no-bid check, if you answer tenders

A short scored check before you put days into a bid. It recommends; you decide.

The rules

  • The system lives in your own accounts.

  • Nothing reaches a customer without a person approving it.

  • You keep everything if you leave.

  • How your data is handled is agreed in writing before work starts.

Price

Every Install starts with a Diagnostic.

The whole Install

Three weeks, fixed

US$9,500

You pay half when you book and half when you accept it. $975 off the Install if you book it within 90 days of your report.

Not included: Claude's Team plan, about $20 to $25 a seat a month, paid to Anthropic. Prices exclude taxes

Included

  • The system set up in your own accounts
  • Tested on your own past enquiries and proposals
  • Training for you and one colleague

When you book $4,750

When you accept it $4,750

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. If your firm is in the UK or the EU, your firm accounts for any VAT under the reverse charge, so I don't add it to the invoice.

Every Install starts with a Diagnostic

You don't pay anything until we've talked and agreed it suits your firm.

When you book a Diagnostic:

  1. You send a short request, which takes two minutes.
  2. I reply within one working day and suggest a 20-minute call to see whether it suits your firm.
  3. If it does, you get the engagement letter (a short contract), the data statement and the invoice. You read them all before you pay, and then we fix the dates for your five days.
