Gilji is a comprehensive AI-powered job search platform designed to give job seekers an unfair advantage. Instead of the traditional "spray and pray" approach, Gilji helps users access the hidden job market through intelligent hiring predictions, network mapping, and ghost job detection. The platform includes six integrated features: Hiring Predictions, Warm Path Mapper, Ghost Job Detector, Interview Simulator, Resume Optimizer, and an Intro Marketplace.

What was the problem?

The modern job search is fundamentally broken. 59% of applications never reach a human recruiter, while 70-85% of jobs are filled through networking rather than applications. Job seekers spend hours perfecting applications that disappear into a black hole, with 44% reporting being ghosted by employers. The process takes a significant mental health toll, with 72% saying job searching has negatively affected their wellbeing.

Solution

Gilji flips the traditional job search on its head by helping users access the hidden job market with intelligence and warm connections. Rather than applying blindly, users can predict which companies will hire, find their path in through existing networks, and avoid wasting time on fake listings.

Interview Simulator with realistic AI-powered mock interviews and instant feedback on responses

Resume Optimizer that provides ATS compatibility scores, identifies missing keywords, and tailors resumes for each role

Intro Marketplace connecting job seekers with employees willing to provide referrals, even without existing network connections
